Advance Payment: A 20% Advanced Payment is required with every reservation.

                                     All reservations are a subject to the 'first pay, first serve' rule.

• All rental rates are subject to a 11.05% State Tax. 

• Rental rates for some holiday may be higher or up to $1,200/night. Please inquire in advance.*

Discounts:  All credit card transactions are subject to a 3% convenience fee.

• If you pay by check, we wave the 3% convenience fee.

•  If you pay by check, while most credit card reward programs only pay 1%, we offer a 3% rebate on all check transactions.

• All reservations made 6 months or more in advance, get a 3% discount and same is true for all returning guests.

• In addition, for each successful referral, reservation, and stay, you may earn $100. 

Final Payment: Guest agrees to pay Manager the final payment 60 days prior to arrival.

• A $190 mandatory cleaning fee applies to every reservation.

• Given the low to high season, a minimum 3 to 7-night-stay is required.

• A 1/2-day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.

• All rental rates and taxes are subject to change.

For Same Month/A Short-Notice Rentals:  We offer more flexibility in prices and duration of stay.

• Discounts up to 50% for any season

• A minimum stay is 3 nights regardless of the season
